the weekend briefly.

it was a mellow weekend.  full of falling snow, movies, and a bit of beer making*. 

*it's not as easy as it sounds.  there is a lot of cleaning, sanitizing, boiling & pouring involved.  the beer actually' exploded' the first night (yikes)- but hopefully as the fermentation continues the beer will settle down and the process will continue.
