with summer comes fresh fruit and with fresh fruit, comes smoothies. & i love smoothies.
i also love avocados. on a whim i decided to add one to a smoothie the other day and it made everything that much creamier, thicker, and better. this recipe technically serves two, but it was so good i drank it up all by my lonesome.
avocado, blueberry & peach smoothies
ingredients (serves 2)
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 banana
1/2 peach
1/2 avocado
handful of blueberries
1 tbs of water
1 tbs chai seeds
directions
combine ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. pour into a chilled glass, add straw, and enjoy.
